摘要
以Y型分子筛为载体,杂多酸为锚锭剂,希夫碱类金属配合物为活性组分合成非均相催化剂MnSalophen-HPA-Y,并利用红外、紫外漫反射、热重分析和XPS等技术对其结构进行了表征。将所制备催化剂用于催化分子氧环氧化环己烯合成环氧环己烷的反应体系,结果表明,杂多酸的表面修饰与隔离作用大大提高了催化剂的转化数。在环己烯2mL,异丁醛5mL,乙腈20mL,氧速5mL/min的条件下,优化出较佳反应时间8h,较佳催化剂用量40 mg。循环使用6次后催化剂仍有较高的活性。
Metal schiff base catalyst could be immobilized with the heteropoly acids as the anchors. The structure of immobilized Mn schiff base catalyst over Y molecular seives were characterized by solid-state infrared spectroscopy, DR UV-Vis, DTA-TGA thermal analysis and XPS. The catalytic performance of supported catalyst with the heteropoly acid as the anchoring agent was improved owing to the surface modification and seclusion effect of heteropoly acid. For the oxidation reaction of cyclohexene (2 mL) using acetonitrile (20 mL) as solvent in the presence of isobutyraldehyde (5 mL) at 35 ℃ with the velocity of dioxygen (5 mL/min), the optimum reaction conditions were determined as that the reaction time was 8 h and the dosage of catalyst was 40 mg. The catalytic activity of thecatalyst did not change greatly after reused six times .
