摘要
利用小角X射线散射研究了碳纤维基体微结构,结果表明,2500℃碳化处理的碳纤维的小角X射线散射强度很好地遵从Porod规律;1340℃碳化处理的碳纤维不遵从Porod规律,即经1340℃碳化处理的碳纤维基体存在尺寸小于1nm的不均匀区.
It was discovered by SAXS experiment that the SAXS intensities of the carbon fibre treatedat 2 500℃ obeyed Porod's law, whereas the fibre treated at 1 340℃ did not obey Porod's law. Thisshows that in the graphite matrix of the carbon fibre treated at 1 340℃ there is the micro-fluctuationof density with the size smaller than 1 nm.
