摘要
采用差热扫描量热法(DSC)考察了未处理钛酸钾晶须和KH550处理晶须对尼龙6基体结晶行为的影响.结果表明,未处理的晶须和KH550处理的晶须在尼龙6基体中都起到了异相成核作用.特别是用KH550处理的晶须使基体树脂的结晶行为变化很大,从而影响了基体树脂的结晶度.
The influnce of untreated potassium titanate whisker and couplingagent KH550 treated poassium titanate whisker on the crystallization ofmatrix of polyamide 6 was investigated by using DSC. The result showthat untreated whisker and coupling agent KH550 treated whisker haveheteropical nuclertion. Particularly, the crystalline morphology ofmatix resin changes mark edly with KH550 and it affects thecrystallinity of matix resin.
