摘要
计算机支持的协同工作（ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒｓｕｐｐｏｒｔｅｄｃｏｏｐ－ｅｒａｔｉｖｅｗｏｒｋ，ＣＳＣＷ）不仅仅受到计算机学科与通信技术的支持，还涉及到社会学、心理学、组织理论和人类学等学科。为了探讨ＣＳＣＷ形成和发展的背景，提出了“协同科学”概念。从信息科学、特别从计算机科学和通信技术角度出发，阐述了ＣＳＣＷ的基本概念、技术支持、应用领域、基本系统分类、关键技术，提出了研究ＣＳＣＷ的体系结构的任务。探讨了ＣＳＣＷ与“信息高速公路”和ＷＷＷ的关系。
CSCW (computer supported cooperative work) is not only supported by information science but also involves sociology, psychology, organization theory and anthropology etc. To approach the evolution of CSCW, a concept of “cooperative science” or “cooperatics” was proposed. This paper has simply fraced back the reseach work of “synergetics”. From the perspective of information science, especially, from computer science and communication technology this paper tries to expound the basic concepts, technical support, basic types, and application areas of CSCW. The relationship between CSCW and information super highway, WWW has been discussed.
