摘要
在建设社会主义新农村的新形势下,农民工社会保障权已经成为一个突出的法律问题。我国农民工社会保障权的缺失既有法律层面的客观因素,也受人的社会属性的主观影响。保障农民工社会保障权益是一项复杂的系统工程,应当从法律运行全过程对其法律保障的实现机制方面进行分析和探讨。
Under the new situation of new rural construction, the right of peasant - workers＇social security has already become a prominent legal matter. There are objective factors at legal level for the default of the peasant - workers＇social right in our country, which is also affected by the subjective influence of peopleg social attribute. To ensure the rights and interests of the peasant - workers＇social security is a complicated systematic project, and its realization mechanism should be discussed from the entire process of legal operation.
