对SMV不同抗性的大豆品种体内过氧化物酶活性变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用SMV-a株系为毒源接种3个不同抗性类型的大豆品种(科丰1号,1138-2和徐豆1号),在接种后8,24,48,72小时及在3,6,9,12,15,18天共11次连续取样与相应CK一并测定过氧化物酶的活性后发现:未经接种的抗感品种体内PO酶活性差异较大,感病品种中PO酶活性水平高于抗性品种2倍以上;接种后3天内抗性品种体内PO酶活性提高快,高峰值出现早,以接种后24小时最为明显。接种后感病品种体内PO酶活性亦迅速提高,在接种后9天及15天分别出现明显高峰。同时,叶片产生典型症状。结果认为SMV侵染大豆后(尤其在接种后3天内)测定体内PO酶活性的变化。 Peroxidase activity were tested with leaves of resistant and susceptible soybean cultivars at 3 days interval up to 18 days and at 24 hours interval up to 72 hours. The results showed that the peroxidase activity in susceptile cultivars was higher than resistant without inoculation of SMV(CK). The resistant cultivars after inoculated with SMV-a showed an increase in peroxidase activity, the peak of peroxidase activity was at 24 hours after inocuilation with SMV. But the peroxidase activity increased greatly after 9 days and 15 days after inoculated with SMV-a. On the susceptible cultivars This results were coincided with symptoms development. The infected plants were symptomless on the resistant cultivar.
