文章对我国经营者的安全保障义务进行了深入分析,阐述了经营者安全保障义务的法理依据、法律性质、法律内容,以及经营者责任的限制与免除。
This article analyses thoroughly the operator＇s obligation of safety guarantee. It expatiates the charater, the basis and the content in law of the obligation. It also expounds the release and the limit of the responsibility of the operator.
