摘要
保护消费者人身、财产的安全,是消费者权益保护法中经营者的基本任务和责任。消费者在经营场所受到第三人侵权时,经营者没有尽到合理的注意义务且主观有过错,应当承担补充赔偿责任,这不仅体现了司法正义的理念,而且具有重要的实践意义。
According to the laws concerning consumerrights protection, to protect the consumers' personal and property safety is the basic responsibility of the dealer's. When consumers' rights are impinged by third parties and the dealers have failed or are unwilling to fulfill their duty of protection, the dealers must bear the responsibility for compensation. This not only reflects the justice of laws, but has great practical significance.
