摘要
目的探索有效的精神分裂症健康教育模式。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,一组按照住院时间来安排路径的方法(称为对照组)进行健康教育,一组采用基于临床路径理论的健康教育模式(称为研究组),本模式注重患者病情发展阶段,以医生为主体,医、护、家属三者共同参与进行健康教育。结果出院时患者对健康教育内容掌握程度:研究组患者健康教育内容掌握好的占53.3%,一般的占20.0%,差的占26.7%;对照组患者健康教育内容掌握好占的30.0%,一般占的30.0%,差的占40.0%;患者出院后治疗依从性:研究组治疗依从性好占56.7%,一般占26.7%,差占16.7%;对照组治疗依从性好占30.0%,一般占36.7%,差占33.3%;患者出院3年内疾病复发情况:研究组复发的占30.0%;对照组复发的占60.0%;以上3方面两组间差异均有显著性意义。结论注重患者病情发展阶段,以患者为中心,以医生为主体,医、护、家属三者共同参与的健康教育模式是一种符合精神分裂症患者康复需要的模式。
Objective To explore the effective model of health education for schizophrenia patients. Methods 120 schizophrenia patients were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The control group received health education according to hospitalization time, and the study group received health education based upon clinical process theory. Results As for the 3 aspects which were mastering level of health knowledge of patients when leaving hospital, the compliance for treatment after leaving hospital and the rate of relapse in 3 years, the study group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The model of health education based upon clinical process theory pays attention to the development phase of the illness, focuses on the patient, lays the doctor as the principal part and is participated by doctors, nurses and relatives of the patient all together. It fits in with the requirement for healing schizophrenia patients.
