枸杞多糖对小鼠坐骨神经损伤功能恢复的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,LBP)在坐骨神经损伤恢复中的作用。方法雄性ICR小鼠100只,随机分为空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、枸杞多糖组(10mg/kg)和运动训练组,每组20只,采用右侧坐骨神经卡压模型,观察灌服枸杞多糖和运动对小鼠爬网漏脚率和坐骨神经运动传导速度的影响。结果术后3周,枸杞多糖组和运动训练组爬网漏脚率均低于模型组(P<0.01),坐骨神经运动传导速度均高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01);术后4周,运动组坐骨神经运动传导速度高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖可促进坐骨神经损伤的恢复。 Objective To explore the effects of LBP and exercise therapy on functional recovery in peripheral nerve injury. Methods Mouse right sciatic nerve compression model was employed to observe the rate of footslip down from the net and the effect on the Motor Nerve Conduction Velocity(MNCV) in the exercise group and the LBP group which was administrated LBP for 3 weeks and 4 weeks. Results The rate of foot-slip down from the net in the LBP group and exercise group were significant lower than that in model group at the 3rd week after surgery ( P 〈 0.01 ). The MNCV were faster in the exercise group and LBP group than that in the model group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) at the 3rd week post-operation; MNCV was faster in the exercise group than that in the model group ( P 〈 0.05) at the 4th week post-operation. Conclusion Administrating LBP and aerobic exercise can improve the recovery of sciatic nerve injury.
