黑荆树木材与树皮木质素的结构特性 被引量:2

摘要 黑荆树木粉用含1%盐酸的二氧六环为萃取剂连续提取两次,分别得到WDL-Ⅰ和WDL-Ⅱ,树皮试样用同样的萃取剂分离出树皮的二氧六环木质素(BDL)。分离出的木质素样品经化学分析和波谱解析表明:黑荆树木材和树皮木质素均属于愈疮木基紫丁香基型木质素(GS木质素),其木材木质素的紫丁香基的比例高于一般的阔叶材木质素,其树皮木质素的甲氧基含量、S/G和分子量均低于木材木质素。WDL—Ⅰ和—Ⅱ的C_9—式分别为C_9H_(7·35)O_(3·05)(MeO)_(1·47)和C_9H_(7·46)O_(3·08)(MeO)_(1·49)。 Wood dioxane lignins ( WDL ) and bark dioxane lignin ( BDL ) were isolated from black wattle (A. mearnsii) by succesive extraction with dioxane containing 1% of hydrochloric acid. These isolated samples were studied by means of chemical and spectral analysis. The results of experiments indicate that both wood and bark lignins are of the guaiacyl-syringyl type, that the wood lignins have more syringyl groups than common hardwood lignins, that the methoxyl content, S/G and molecular weight of the bark lignin are lower than those of the wood lignins, and that the C9-formulae of WDL-Ⅰ ( extracted first)and WDL-Ⅱ (extracted second) ate C9H7.35O3.00 (MeO)1.47 and C9H7.46O3.08 ( MeO )1.49 respectively.
