摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法对178例CRF患者分组进行西医治疗与中西医结合治疗,比较两组疗效与肾功能变化指标。结果西医组与中西医结合组的显效率分别为18.9%和44.3%,总有效率分别为47.8%和84.1%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。结论中西医结合是治疗CRF较为理想的途径。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of chronic renal failure with integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods 178 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups： western medicine and integrated traditional and western medicine group. The therapeutic effects and the kidney function were compared. Results the apparent efficiency rate in western medicine and integrated traditional and western medicine group was 18.9% and 44.3% respectively, Overall effective rate was 47.8% and 84.1 % in western medicine and integrated traditional and western medicine group respectively. Conclusions the integrated traditional and western medicine were the preferable management of chronic renal failure.
