抗血小板药物的机制及临床应用 被引量：5

摘要 近年来我国的心脑血管疾病的发病率逐年呈上升趋势,尤其是脑血管疾病的患病率明显高于西方国家。研究表明,动脉粥样硬化是其最常见的病因。冠状动脉粥样硬化所致的血管狭窄以及粥样斑块破裂所诱发的急性血栓形成是冠心病发病的两个最主要病理生理因素,血小板是唯一参与这两个病理生理过程的细胞。而血小板抑制剂能够有效地对抗动脉粥样硬化所致的血栓栓塞性疾病,降低血管性死亡、心肌梗死和缺血性卒中的相对危险。该文对目前临床上所使用的抗血小板药物的作用机制以及临床应用进行了初步探讨。
