摘要
齿轮的基本啮合效率是计算汽车转向器齿轮齿条传动效率的基础,指出了变速比齿轮齿条传动效率的不同,采用分区间新方法推导了变速比齿轮齿条啮合效率的计算公式。并以长丰猎豹越野车用汽车转向器为例进行了分析。
The basic mesh effect of gears is the foundation for calculating the transmission effect of gear rack of the steering unit.It is pointed out that the effect of speed-change-ratio gear rack is different,a new segmental method is used to derive the formula for calculating its gearing effect,and an example is used for analyzing the steering unit.
