摘要
对于应用在汽车转向器液压伺服系统中的稳流泵,为了在设计之初就能对其稳流的性能有所了解,通过分别对阀芯和阀杆进行力平衡分析和流体的连续性分析,建立了两者在位移和油压上相互耦合的仿真模型以及静动态特性的评价指标。采用现有的仿真程序包对仿真模型进行求解,结果与所给实例非常吻合,表明在稳流泵设计初期应用仿真技术对其进行性能的主动设计是可行的,也是可靠的。
Toward the flux-stabilized pump applied in hydraulic servo system of automobile redirector,aiming at having a clear understanding on flux--stabilized characteristics in its initial design- stage, balanced mechanics analysis and continuity flux analysis of the core-valve and pole-valve were carried out, hereby its differential equations on displacements and pressures coupling were achieved, and at the same time a guideline was established for estimating its static and dynamic characteristics. The differential equations were worked out numerically by the special simulation software under given parameters and the results are accorded with the actual case very well. All above laboring indicates the initiative design adopted simulation mode on flux-stabilized characteristic is feasible and reliable in initial stage of flux-stabilized pump design.
