摘要
综述了商务模式和商务模式创新的理论演化过程,明确了商务模式的功能和作用以及它与企业发展内外环境相匹配的重要性。通过分析已有商务模式创新的动因,提出了环境变化和企业所处的“弱势”地位是现有大部分商务模式创新主要动因的观点,指出我国企业若想在激烈的国际市场竞争中脱颖而出,应当摆脱这种“应激式”商务模式创新的困局,树立“主动式”的模式创新意识,进而形成持续的商务模式创新能力。
Abstract: Reviewing the evolvement of the theory of business model and business model innovation, this paper dis- cusses the function of business model and the importance of match between business model and the environment. On this base, this paper explores the causation promoting the occurrence of existing business model innovation, puts forward the idea that it is the changing of environment and the inferior position of the enterprise that inspired the most of the existing business model innovation.
