摘要
金融危机带来的海外实体经济的缩水和人民币升值带来的海外投资成本的降低引发了中国企业海外并购热潮。商业模式的创新是中国企业在国际化道路上取得竞争力的重要源泉。本文以联想并购IBM的PC业务为例,阐述了基于商业模式的构成元素——顾客价值创新,赢利模式和利润保护的创新路径,并且通过基于宏观环境变化下的商业模式创新路径模型的建立,阐述了宏观环境变化(如海外并购热潮)下商业模式创新的循环过程。
The shrunk of overseas real economy caused by financial crisis,together with the reduction of overseas input cost caused by RMB appreciation,trigger a wave of Chinese enterprises overseas MA.Business model innovation is a significant source of getting competitiveness for Chinese enterprises on the way of internationalization.This paper takes Lenovo merges IBM's PC business for the case study,stating the composition elements of business model,which are CVP(custom value promotion),profit model,profit protection innovation path,and through the establishment of business model innovation path based on the macro environment change,represents the cycle of business model innovation under the change of environment,such as overseas MA boom.
