摘要
教师教育改革并非如理念畅想的那般顺利,改革的实际运行过程中遭遇着种种阻抗,如制度的刚性与实践的弹性、理想的清晰性与惯习的缄默性、知识的霸权性与控制的辩证性以及理念的虚泛性与利益的切身性之间的矛盾与冲突。清醒地揭示教师教育改革实践的困境所在比单纯的应然畅想更有利于促进教师教育的改革与发展。
Reform of teacher education is not carried out smoothly as being conceived ideally. All kinds of resistance were met with in the practice of reform, e.g. the contradiction and confliction between the rigidity of institution and the flexibility of practice, the definition of ideal and tacitness of habitus, the supremacy of knowledge and control of dialectic, the imaginary concept and personal benefit. Clear description of the dilemma on the practice of teacher education reform is more helpful to promote the reform and development of teacher education than simple imagination.
