摘要
自然循环散热器水冷系统因其耗水少、结构简单,在单缸柴油机上获得了广泛应用。本研究通过对ZS1100N柴油机冷却系统的分析和改进设计,对散热器和风扇的合理匹配,使该系统达到比较理想的冷却效果,并探讨该形式冷却系统的一般设计方法。
The natural circulation radiator water-cooling system because its water consumption few, the structure is simple, has obtained the widespread application on the single cylinder diesel. This research through to the ZSllOON diesel engine cooling system analysis and the improvement design, through the reasonable match of the radiator and the ventilator, enables this system to achieve the quite ideal cooling effect, and discusses the general design method of this form cooling system.
