摘要
准确的测量内燃机尾气排放值是研究和控制内燃机排放的重要环节。为此,针对通用小型汽油机生产企业在产品试验和检验中使用五气分析仪出现的问题,用理论分析和试验结果的对比给出了正确使用五气分析仪的方法和要点。研究分析表明:尾气采样探头伸入排气尾管的长度及取样点前的测量管路密封性是保证测量结果正确性的主要因素。
The exact measure of the engine exhaust gas emissions is very important to study and control the exhaust gas emissions. For the manufacturers, there are many problems when using the five-gas analysis meter. The author gives the right way to using the five-gas analysis meter based on the theory analysis and testing. The result shows that the length of the sampling pipe inserted into the vent-pipe and the vent-pipe＇s airproof are the key factors for the correct exhaust emissions results.
