摘要
介绍了国内小型通用汽油机的发展概况和特点,针对美国和欧盟有关小型通用汽油机的技术要求,以美国和欧盟的小型通用汽油机现阶段排放法规为依据,对188F通用汽油机进行降低排放的试验研究,用五气分析仪检测汽油机尾气排放物的浓度,分析测量值与整机排放值的关系.得出了使用五气分析仪能定量地对小型通用汽油机进行排放试验研究和生产质量控制,过量空气系数及随负荷变化的过量空气系数特性、点火正时及标定转速不同是影响小型通用汽油机整机排放的主要因素的结论,给出了188F通用汽油机达到美国和欧盟现阶段排放限值同时能优化汽油机动力性、经济性和工作稳定性等综合性能的措施.
The development and characteristics of Non-road spark-ignition small engines are introduced. Aiming at the America and Europe's requirements on the technical specification of the Non-road spark-ignition small engines, base on the American and European requirements on the emission limits, experiments on 188F engine are carried out. Its emission density is measured with the five-gas analysis apparatus. It is found find out coefficient of excess air and its characteristics with load's changing, ignition timing and the speed are the main influence factors on emission. Some effective measures emission limits and to optimize are forwarded to meet the requirement of foreign countries on the present the gasoline engines of the dynamics, economics, stability.
