摘要
以基于LabVIEW的测量与控制系统为基础,研究了一种动磁式直线压缩机的位移、电压、启动特性。实验结果表明:在同一排气压力下,活塞行程和上死点位移随导通角的增大而变小;在直线电机线圈中产生的感应电动势在一定排气压力下,随导通角的增大而增大,其与电流的相位差随导通角的增大而增大;启动电流随导通角的增大而减小,控制系统应以大导通角启动,可防止撞缸现象。
The characteristics of displacement, voltage, startup of a moving-magnet linear compressor was studied by using measurement and control system based on LabVIEW. The experimental results show that piston's stroking and top dead position increase with the angle of flow under the same discharge pressure. Induction electromotive force in linear motor's coil increases with the an- gle of flow under the same discharge pressure, the phase difference between induction electromotive force and current increases with angle of flow. The larger angle of flow is, the smaller the starting current is. So the control system should be started under large angle of flow in order to avoiding striking the cylinder.
