摘要
通过对新型直线压缩机控制机理的研究,完成了直线压缩机控制系统的硬件及软件设计。位移传感器采用了自行设计的一套推杆插入电感式结构。对功率驱动电路硬件进行了有效的设计,给出了配套软件的实现方法。试验结果证明,该电机控制系统的硬件电路抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,稳定运行性能取得了令人满意的结果。
Through the study of controlling mechanism of a novel linear compressor, the hardware and software design of the control system of linear compressor is completed. The self-designed induction sensor with shaft-plugged structure is adopted as the position sensor; and a novel powerdriving circuit hardware is also effectively designed; and the implementation method of software in realignment is offered. The testing results have proved that the hardware elecfric circuit of electric machinery control system is of strong resistance to interference, high reliability and stable operation performance, with the satisfactory results obtained.
