摘要
阀厅设计是特高压直流换流站工程的核心内容之一。换流阀在阀厅内与换流变阀侧套管以及平抗套管等设备相连,此外阀厅内还布置有交直流避雷器、接地刀、直流电流互感器、直流电压分压器等诸多设备。特高压直流工程每极阀厅包括高端和低端2个阀厅,每个阀厅设旁路开关,因此特高压阀厅与常规直流阀厅相比接线更复杂,而且由于特高压直流工程阀侧过电压水平的提高,使得阀厅各设备对地以及设备之间的电气净距增大,因此阀厅合理布置尤为重要,既要保证一定的安全裕度,也应兼顾阀厅综合造价。据此原则,根据±800kV换流阀等设备外形资料、电气净距计算、设备布置等方面的研究,提出阀厅的电气设计方案。
Valve hall design is one of the key components of UHVDC converter station project. Inside the valve hall, conversion valve is connected with conversion valve side sleeve and converter transformer sleeve. Besides, there are DC/AC lightning attester, earth switch, DC current transformer, and DC voltage divider, etc., in the valve hall. Each valve hall of UHVDC project consists of high and low-end hall; each is equipped with bypass switches. Thus the connection of UHV valve hall is much more complicated than that of conventional ones. And because the engineering valve side has higher over-voltage, there is a larger electric clearance between equipments of the valve hall and between equipment and ground. Thus arrangement of the valve hall is very important. It has to keep balance between certain safety margin and overall costs. Based on these principles, as well as the figure data, electric clearance calculation and device arrangement study, etc., electric design scheme of the ± 800 kV valve hall is presented.
