摘要
阀厅金具是连接阀厅内电气主设备的金属部件,是确保阀厅安全稳定运行的重要保证之一。高压直流工程的特点决定了阀厅金具的技术条件需要根据阀厅的实际布置和工程条件而提出。依托±660 kV宁东—山东高压直流输电示范工程,结合换流站阀厅金具的用途和功能,提出±660 kV阀厅金具采购技术规范,主要包括阀厅金具的基本使用条件、阀厅金具的一般要求、分类要求、试验要求,可作为阀厅金具的设计、生产、试验的指导性规范,供后续工程借鉴。
Valve hall fittings are metal part connecting electrical main equipment to ensure safe and stable valve hall operation.Due to HVDC project characteristic,technical specification of valve hall fittings is decided by actual layout of equipment in valve hall and project condition.With implementation of ±660 kV Ningdong-Shandong HVDC demonstration project,the technical specification of valve hall fittings for purchasing is presented based on equipment usage and function.The specification includes basic operation condition of valve hall fittings,general requirement,classification requirement,test requirement and evaluation criteria,which can be used as guidance for design,production,testing of valve hall fittings in future projects.
