摘要
以环孢素A为模型药物,根据伪三元相图筛选适宜的眼用微乳处方,采用自微乳化方法制备载药眼用微乳。测得3批制品中药物平均浓度为(49.8±2.5)mg·(100ml)-1,平均粒径为(20.5±1.0)nm。稳定性初步试验表明,制品在60℃、4℃、(4500±500)lx条件放置10d,其含量、pH和平均粒径均无明显变化。
The optimum formulation of cyclosporine A ocular microemulsion was screened through pseudo- ternary phase diagram and prepared by self-microemulsification. The mean concentration of cyclosporine A and average size of three batches of microemulsion were (49.8mg±2.5). (100ml)^-1 and (20.5 ±1.0) nm, respectively. Preliminary stability test showed that the drug content, pH and particle size of product stored at 60℃, 4℃ and (4500±500)1x conditions for 10 days had no significant difference.
