摘要
能源供应安全已成为上海经济社会发展必须高度重视的瓶颈之一。本文将能源投入作为独立变量引入生产函数,同时考虑技术进步的影响,建立了三要素生产函数模型,从中导出缺能损失计算公式,并定量分析能源供应安全对上海经济产出的影响。
Energy supply safety is regarded as one of the important issues which economy society development of shanghai should highly valued. As an independent variable, energy is introduced into production function in this paper. Considering technology progress, a tri-element production function model is set up, from which the compute formula of economic cost of energy shortage is educed, and the influence of energy supply safety on economy is quantitative analyzed.
