摘要
与经口气管插管比较,经鼻气管插管有其独特之处,尤其是纤支镜引导下应用于困难气管插管。本文介绍了经鼻气管插管的操作技术、导管选择及优点等。认为应适当扩大经鼻气管插管的临床应用。
Compared with oral tracheal intubation, nasal tracheal intubation has its specialty. Especially induced by fibre - optic bronchoscope, it is used for difficulty of tracheal intubation. Operation, tube selection and advantage of nasal tracheal intubation were introduced. It is suggested that clinical practice of nasal tracheal intubation should be recommended adequately.
