翻译学自20世纪70年代建立以来经历了蓬勃的发展,翻译研究领域的文化转向(culturalshift)把翻译推向一个崭新的台阶。文化研究学派的代表之一苏珊.巴斯奈特以其独特的视角和新颖的见解,在译坛上独树一帜。从介绍其主要成果入手,简单归纳评述她的主要译学思想和贡献。
Since it was established as an independent discipline, translation studies have seen great achievements. The cultural turn also ushers it into a new stage. Susan Bassnett is a prominent representative of Manipulation School, whose contributions to translation studies make her well - known all over the world. This paper begins with introducing her and briefly illustrates her translation theories and achievements.
