摘要
当材料内部结构高度不连续时,必须应用非局部理论将其均质化,变成宏观上的连续介质,从而应用连续介质力学的结论。这需要在宏观和细观两种尺度上观察材料的力学变形行为,以验证理论的正确性。对此,提出一种新的金属试样全程拉伸曲线测定方法。利用快速测量网格贴在金属小试样表面,在拉伸过程中按荷载的变化分级拍摄网格的变形情况,并将照片图象扫描存入计算机,经编制的软件进行数据处理后,得到宏观的全程拉伸曲线。该方法克服了贴应变片法量程小、难用于小试样的缺点,且简单易行。
When a sharp unconnected occurs in materials,it may be converted into macroscopic continuous medium by nonlocal theory. Material behaviours must be observed on the scale of meso and macrostructure to verify correctness of the theory. The patented instant grid pattern is sticked on samples and the picture of grid according to load change is taken, then scanned pictures in computer and the wholeprocess tensile curve of the sample is drawn by the software developed by the author. This method is more simple,practicable and capable of overcoming the weakness of method for pasting strainometer.
