摘要
研究了不同含量的碳纳米管对含适量稀土元素的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷组织性能的影响。对不同含量碳纳米管的试样分别于1400℃、1410℃、1420℃真空烧结,通过观察材料的显微组织及断口形貌,测试其抗弯强度及洛氏硬度,结果表明:加入质量分数w=0.3%-1%的碳纳米管时,碳纳米管w=0.5%时其组织较均匀,芯壳结构明显,抗弯强度及硬度均较高。
Effects of different content of carbon nano - tubes ( CNTs ) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti ( C,N ) - based cermets with certain amounts of rare dement is studied. Specimens with different contents of CNTs (0.3 - 1 wt. % ) are fabricated by conventional powder metallurgy and vacuum sintered at the temperature of 1400℃, 1410℃, and 1420℃ respectively. The microstructure and fracture morphology are observed through scanning electron microscope, and the mechanical properties such as transverse strength and Rockwell hardness are measured. The results show that the microstructure is uniform and the core/rim structure is obvious, and the integrated properties of transverse strength and hardness are the best when the content of CNTs is 0.5wt. %.
