摘要
技术创新是现代企业生存和发展的重要手段，然而，我国企业在这方面却存在诸多障碍，具体表现为社会环境方面的障碍、企业自身存在的障碍和转化中介渠道的障碍。为了克服这种障碍，应考虑实施如下战略对策：建立和完善技术创新的激励机制，注重技术创新的能力积累，改进政府对技术创新的管理。
A technique innovation is an important method used for life and development of mordern enterprises.But the technique innovation environment of enterprises in China is not ideal,main obstacles come from social environment,enterprise parts and their intermediation to change.Therefore,for making good use of technique innovation activity,Ghina enterprises must apply some strategy countermeasures such as to estabilish and perfect inspiring mechanisms,increase innovation ability and improve government management of innovation.
