摘要
能源是城市交通发展的生命线,但目前中国尚没有专门针对城市交通能源的规划。基于可持续发展理念,立足中国国情,本文提出了以满足交通能源需求、改善环境质量、优化资源利用为目标的可持续城市交通能源规划新理论体系,并对可持续城市交通能源规划的理论框架进行了设计,对规划内容与步骤进行了设想,为该理论的研究提供了基本的思路。
Energy is the lifeblood of urban transportation, however at present there is no special planning of energy for urban transportation in China. Based on the sustainable development principle and the concrete circumstance of China, the paper develops a new sustainable development planning theory of energy for urban transportation, whose goals are to satisfy the urban transportation energy demand, to improve environmental quality, and to optimize the resources utilization. It also proposes a research framework for the new theory and the process of the planning, which can be used as elementary ideas for the study.
