摘要
为加强各级交通运输主管部门节能减排工作力度,促进交通运输节能减排措施的有效落实,在分析考核体系建立原则的基础上,研究建立江苏省交通运输节能减排工作考核体系,包括考核层次划分、各层考核主体和考核对象、考核指标体系构建、考核办法等,为开展江苏省交通运输节能减排工作考核奠定基础。
In order to strengthen transportation management authorities at different levels on energy saving and emission reduc- tion, an evaluation system of transportation energy saving and emission reduction for Jiangsu province is established based on the analysis of the principle of evaluation system. It contains evaluation levels, examination subjects and evaluation objects of each layer, evaluation index system construction and the methods of evaluation,which provides foundation on evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction for Jiangsu province transportation department.
