含有聚环氧乙烷支链的聚羧酸型高效减水剂的合成及表征 被引量:3

Synthetic and Characteristic Studies of Polycarboxylate-type Superplasticizers with Polyethylene Oxide Branched Chain

摘要 以丙烯酸类单体及其衍生物和聚乙二醇大分子单体为原料,通过自由基共聚和酯化接枝反应合成了两种带环氧乙烷支链的聚羧酸型高效减水剂,通过对合成配方与反应条件的正交设计,确定了最佳合成工艺参数;对合成产物的减水率及保塑性能进行了探讨,并对其分子量及分子结构进行了表征.结果表明,2种合成产物的掺量为0.4%时,混凝土减水率均超过30%,且具有较好的保塑性能,减水保塑性能优于萘系高效减水剂. Two types polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers with polyethylene oxide branched chain were synthesized by free radical copolymerization and esterification graft reaction with the monomers including acrylic, its derivatives and polyethylene oxide, and the optimal synthesizing technological parameters were determined by a series of orthogonal experiments. The performances of water-reducing and slump-loss retarding of the copolymers were discussed, and their molecular weights and molecular structures were characterized. The results show that the water-reduce rates of the two products are both more than 30 % and at a 0.4% dosage , their performances of slump-loss retarding are excellent. The performances of water-reducing and slump-loss retarding of the two products are better than those of naphthalene sulfonate super- plasticizer.
