摘要
主要介绍一种RPC专用早强型聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法。采用正交试验确定了减水剂的最佳合成配方,通过对所制备RPC的强度、流动度、凝结时间等性能测试结果表明,自制减水剂具有早强、减水率高的特点,能满足RPC的工作性能和力学性能要求,适用于RPC的生产。
This paper introduces a preparation method of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with early-age strength on reactive powder concrete (RPC). The best synthesis formula of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is determined by the orthogonal test. The performance of RPC with polycarboxylate superplasticizer that include strength,setting time,fluidity were tested. The results showed that the polycarboxylate superlasticizer has excellent properties of early strength and high water reduction ratio,can satisfy the working performance and mechanical property of RPC. It can be applicable to the production of RPC.
