摘要
提出了一种基于神经网络的加工误差控制方法,引入神经网络对加工系统的逆模型进行辩识,运用该模型前置校正加工系统以改善加工精度。该方法在中凸变椭圆活塞裙面加工中的成功应用,证明了其合理性及先进性。
An artificial neural network ( ANN ) method for high shape accuracy control is prolosed . A multi- layered neural network is trained oiff - line to idetttify the inverse model of the machining system . The inverse model is employed to tune the system As a result, the output is obtained as closeas possible to the desired in- put and machining error is minimized . lt is shown, by experiments of tuming the piston .ith middle - convex shape and vatiable ellipticity , that this control scheme can improve machining accuracy effectively .
