摘要
以液体发酵生产的猴头菌丝为材料,提取猴头菌丝多糖进行抗氧化功能研究。结果表明:猴头菌丝多糖能够在一定程度上提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量;能够明显提高小鼠血清、大脑、肝脏中SOD、CAT的含量;能够在一定程度上降低血清、大脑、肝脏中MDA水平;具有重要的抗氧化功能。
The antioxitation function of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide which was yielded by liquid fermentation was studied. The resules showed that Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide can improve the content of serum lysozyme to some extent. And it can obviously enhance the contents of SOD and CAT of serum and cerebrum and liver. And it can descend the contents of MDA of serum and cerebrum and liver to some extent. The Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide has the important antioxitation function.
