摘要
高校人力资本投资对发展高校人力资本具有关键作用,但在市场经济体制下,其在人才招聘引进与对象选择、激励政策与人职匹配、培训投资等方面又具有一定的风险。规避高校人力资本投资风险需要采取以下措施:制订科学、严谨的人员招聘、配置、培训计划,建立风险共担机制;建立规范、高效的保障与激励制度;构建积极向上、和谐融洽的校园文化。
Human capital investment plays an important role in the development of human capital in colleges and universities, but the investment faces risks under the conditions of the market economy. To evade risks some effective measures should be adopted. They are to work out scientific and compact plans for personnel enrollment, allocation and training, forming a mechanism under which risks are shared by related sides; establishing a standardized and higher effective system of security and a incentive system; and building a sound and harmorious campus culture.
