摘要
SG-100型耐硫甲烷化催化剂,在立米级水煤气耐硫甲烷化工艺装置上,进行了近5000小时的中间试验。试验证实,催化剂有良好的初始活性,使用寿命预计可达一年以上。采用的固定床绝热反应器和多段反应、段间冷却的工艺是可行的。在0.75MPa,300h-1~400h-1空速下,甲烷生成率可达到41%,每标准立方米煤气热值可增加3MJ左右。
This paper describes a research work about SG-100 sulfur resistant methanation catalyst by Shanghai Municipal Gas Company,and highlights the results of pilot plant experiment in the Bench scale installation of the water gas methanation for about five thousand hours.Experimental results verifythat SG-100 sulfur resistant methanation catalyst has excellent initial activity and satisfying service life.It is also feasible to adopt the adiabatic fixed-bed reactor and the techniques of multistage reactions and interstage cooling. Experimental results indicate that the yield of methane can reach 41% by water gas, the CO content in water gas can be decreased greatly.The standard heat value per cubic meter of gas can be increased by about 3 MJ.These show the technique has a favorable application future.
