摘要
作者发明了一种高效制造球形氨合成催化剂的新方法。研究结果表明，采用固定造粒喷头和旋转造粒喷头直接喷洒成球工艺制造球形氨合成催化剂，具有成球率特别高、球形系数接近１、机械强度高、电耗和成本低、操作安全可靠等特点。
A new method for manufacture of spherical ammonia synthesis catalyst was described in this paper. The esperimental results demonstrated that the spherical catalyst manufactured by the spraying process with fixed and rotational sprayer resulted particularly high granulated efficiency with the sphericized coefficient near to 1, high mechanical strength, low cost and operation safety.
