摘要
通过振动时效前后金属试件冲击功对比实验,得出了振动时效能提高金属材料冲击功的结论。在本实验条件下,金属材料振动时效后的Ak值比振动时效前的Ak值提高了40%左右。以振动时效机理和透射电镜实验为基础,对振动时效提高金属材料冲击功的本质进行了机理分析。
A conclusion that vibration aging can raise the percussive toughness value is achieved after the experiments done with and without vibration aging using metal samples. Under experimental conditions, the vibration aging value,A k raised round 40% contrasting with that of no vibration aging treatment. The mechanism in proving the essentiality of the percussive toughness of metal materials by vibrating aging is analyzed.
