摘要
本文着重论述辐照白沙液酒微量组分含量的变化规律,通过色谱分析得知,辐照白沙液酒能提高总酸、总酯、总醛、高级醇含量,因此,辐照能提高酒质,缩短贮藏期。
This paper mainly deals with the rules governing the change of thecontent of the trace element in irradiated Baishaye wine. The results of chromatographicanalysis show that the contents of total acid, ester, aldehade and high-grade alcholfor Baishaye wine can be enhanced by irradration and the impare alcoholis oil of thewilre be deerlased by irradiation thus, the quality of the wine can be imporoved andthe period of preservation may be shortened.
