摘要
目的:研究当归川芎中阿魏酸的提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计法,高效液相色谱法。结果与结论:75%的乙醇8倍量,回流提取3次,每次1.5h,阿魏酸得率为最高。
Objective： To optimize the extraction processes for ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis （Oliv.） Diels and Lignsticum chuanxong Hort. Methods： By Orthogonal design and HPLC. Results and Conclusion： The extraction processes of FA with alcohol was prefer to that with water; the optimum extraction process was added 8 times amount of 75% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, 1.5 hour each time.
