摘要
本文报道了γ线和N-甲基-N’-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)对HeLa细胞存活率、DNA链断裂和O^6-甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶活性的影响。结果表明两种因子的组合较单一因子增加了细胞的死亡率、DNA的链断裂及O^6-甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶活性的丢失。细胞存活曲线参数D_0,D_q值的下降表明γ线与MNNG有协同作用。
By measuring the survivals of HeLa cells, DNA strand breaks andthe activity of O^5-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase, the biological effect of γ-rays and MNNG on HeLa cells was investigated. It was observed that the combinedexposure of γ-rays and MNNG increased the cell lethality, DNA strand breaks andthe inactivation of the O^8-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase. The decrease of thesurvival curve parameters D_0, D_q shown a synergism between γ-radiation and MNNG.
