摘要
小鼠的小肠上皮和睾丸组织对辐照反应较为敏感,7.5Gy^(60)Coγ射线即有严重杀伤作用,使睾丸曲细精管和小肠上皮的显微与亚显微结构出现明显的损伤;而辐照前和辐照后注射细菌SOD,则具有显著的防护作用。
Small intestinal epithelium and testis are radiation sensitive organize.Microscopic structure and ultrastructure of small intestine and testis suffer serious da-mages after 7.5 Gy of ^(60)Co γ-rays irradiation. However, bacterial superoxide dismutasedisplays obvious effects of radio-protectant on irradiated mice.
