摘要
近年来,醛固酮受体阻滞剂的非传统作用已成为研究热点,尤其是依普利酮的研究。此文一方面阐述了醛固酮的经典作用和非经典作用以及该方面的最新研究,另一方面着重阐述了醛固酮受体阻滞剂在肾脏、脉管系统、心脏、肝脏及肺脏方面的非传统作用。
For the past few years,study of non-classic actions of aldosterone receptor bloker have been hot spot,especially eplerenone. On the one hand,the article expounds that classic actions and non-classic actions of aldosterone in the lastest study about mechanism; on the other hand,expounds mainly non-classic actions of aldosterone receptor bloker on kidney, vasculature, heart, liver and lung.
