摘要
随着全球经济一体化的推进,我国的经济正处于加速发展时期,环境污染和生态破坏已超过其承载能力,为了实现我国经济的可持续发展,必须加强区域环境合作。
With the progress in globalization of economy, China is witnessing a fueled-up development of her economy. However, the environmental pollution and deterioration of environment have already overrun her endurance, and the strengthening on regional environmental cooperation has turned into a must-to-do work for realizing China＇ s sustainable growth.
