摘要
本文采用ＳＥ－３０＋ＯＶ－２１０为固定液，磷酸三苯酯为内标物，气相色谱法测定草酮原药的有效含量。该法标准偏差为０．０８５，变异系数为０．Ｏ９％。
A method was introduced for the determination ofoxadiazon technical by gas chromatography on SE-30+OV-210 using triphenyl phosphate as internal standard. Themethod was convenient, rapid, accurate. The standard devia-tion was 0.085 and the coefficient of variation 0.09%.
