摘要
采用平面光栅式转矩测量的方法来测量航天叶轮泵超高速回转轴的转矩。通过弹性扭轴把扭矩转换成转角,再通过光栅盘把转角转换成光脉冲,经光电转换和数据处理以数字信号的形式输出。对量子化误差、转速的获取、转轴的超高速对转盘和弹性轴设计的影响等关键技术提出了对策。分析了系统的动态特性,提出了减小系统动态误差的措施。与现有的转矩测量仪器相比,该系统可对100 000 r/min以上的超高速转轴进行测量,具有较高的测量精度和可靠性,动态误差小。
Measurement of extra high speed rotation shaft torque of space pumps with grating is introduced. The torque can be tranform to an angle by flexible shaft and the angle is transformed to pulse by a grating. After the photoelectric conversion and data processing by digital signals, the torque can be measured. The solution to key technics such as quantum error, getting of rotating speed and the influence of the extra speed to the design of turntable and flexible shaft are brought forward. Dynamic characteristic of this system is analyzed and the measurement of decreasing dynamic error is proposed. The system can measure rotation shafts with a rotation speeds up to 100000 r/min accurately and reliably, and it is also with a smaller dynamic error compared with current apparatus for torque measuring.
